  • Rack of lamb with risotto and Madeira wine sauce

    Put some olive oil in a fry pan and brown sauté the rack of lamb. Add salt and pepper and leave it take a rouge color. Continue the baking in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

  • Spaghetti with shrimps

    In a pot with salted water, boil the tagliatelle with the cube of vegetable juice for 7-8 minutes. Put the olive oil in a big fry pan and brown the onion, the garlic and then the shrimps. 

  • Spaghettini with Turkey and Leek

    Cook the Melissa spaghettini in a pan of boiling water with the vegetable cube as per instructions on packet. The melissa spaghettini should be cooked Al Dente. When cooked strain and add a little olive oil to spaghettini to avoid from sticking and leave to cool.

    Cook the Tagliatelle Melissa in a man of boiling water with the vegetable cube as per instructions on packet. The Tagliatelle Melissa should be cooked "Al Dente".

  • Tagliatelle with shrimps and mussels

    In a fry pan for paella or in a similar, wide cooking vessel boil the olive oil up. Then pour the garlic and the shrimps and stir them until they get a slight red color. Then add the mussels and the paprika.

    Σε ένα τηγάνι για παέγια ή σε ένα ανάλογο πλατύ σκεύος ζεσταίνετε το ελαιόλαδο . Μετά ρίχνετε  το σκόρδο και της γαρίδες και ανακατεύετε μέχρι να ροδοκοκκινίσουν.
