Sotiris Savvides was born and raised in Limassol, Cyprus but was never bound by his origins. After acquiring his diploma in Culinary school and becoming a Chef he discovered his love of mixing ingredients ley elsewhere. Today 14 years later and alot of travelling, he is one of Europe's best Mixologists. Creative cocktail making is what he is about. While running his own cocktail bar in Limassol, (in)theory bar, he won multiple awards in National and International cocktail competitions putting Cyprus on the map. His skills, talent and charm have earned him the position of Brand Ambassador at Keo Plc where he is currently applying his cocktail wisdom and experience.
