Cook the Whole Wheat Linguine Melissa in a pan of boiling water with the vegetable cube as per instructions on packet. The Whole Wheat Linguine Melissa should be cooked "Al Dente". Wash well the fresh Rocket and seperate the leaves from the sterms (which are not needed) then tear the rocket leaves with your hands and put in a bowl and leave to one side. In a saucepan heat the olive oil and lightly saute the crushed garlic and tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the rocket leaves and stir well. Strain the Linguine Melissa and put in an big bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add to the Linguine Melissa the rocket leaves with the cherry tomatoes and toss well (mix well). Add the fresh Anari and serve.
