Step 1: Boil the milk cream in a pot along with the chocolate and the butter. Stir until they melt and the mixture is homogenized and put it aside.
Step2: In a bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar until the last one totally melts and gives you a fine mixture and add the flour, the powdered chocolate, and the baking powder. Then, stir very well.
Step 3: Join the two mixtures and stir with a spatula.
Step 4: Butter and flour a round, baking dish (24 cm) and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven in 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Tip: Place an oiled paper in baking dish instead of buttering it to make sure that it won’t stuck, when the time comes to take it off the dish.
Serve it warm with ice cream.
