Cut all the vegetables in sticks, the celery in slices and place them in a baking dish. Then add the onion, the garlic and the olive oil and stir very well. Add the sea bass with its skin touching the vegetables. Then add some pepper, salt and the laurel leaf. Cover the baking dish with oiled paper and some aluminum foil, close it and bake it in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
