
1 kilo of beef in pieces
1 litre of beef juice
1 tablespoon of carry
1tablespoon of thyme
1 cup of oil
1 cup of water
4-5 big tomatoes
4 red peppers
4 green peppers
1 big onion
3 hot peppers
1 big carrot
Salt and pepper
Cut the vegetables in big pieces and put them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven in 240 degrees and bake the vegetables for about 40-45 minutes. When they are baked, you put them in a blender and mash them until they get a mashed-potatoes texture.
In a pot, boil the beef juice and the water and pour in the mashed vegetables you made so that all together can warm up. When they do so, add the beef pieces, salt and pepper. Cover it and bake for 10 minutes more. In the end, add all the other ingredients and leave it for 15-20 minutes more.
