Mix together the onion, the minced meat, the pepper, the garlic, the coriander, the oregano and the soya sauce. Add salt and pepper and stir very well. Then, start shaping the beef burgers.
Heat up a big fry pan in medium fire until it is hot enough and then add the burgers baking them from both sides. Mix together the Krabi and the carrot. In another fry pan, brown the onion.
Serve your burgers with the Krabi-carrot salad, the browned onions and the mustard.
