
In a bowl add the 2 tablespoons of honey, the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the ginger zest. Churn them well until you have a fine mixture. Spread the mixture all over the tuna surface. Then pass the tuna fillets on the sesame until it covers all the tuna surface. In a fry pan put the rest of the olive oil and brown the tuna from both sides until the sesame gets a pink to red color for about 5-7 minutes. Slice the tuna into steaks and serve with the sauce.

You can serve it with wasabi pasta aside (Chinese horseradish)
