
In a fry pan, boil up the olive oil and brown the onion and the garlic. Then, add the mussels and bake for about 5 minutes. Add the white wine.
1 packet of black mussels in shell
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 mushed cloves of garlic
1 chopped onion
1 cup of white wine
1 cup of fresh cream
Salt and pepper
