Boil the noodles in well salted and well boiled water and strain them. Slightly oil them and mix them up. In a small saucepan put all the ingredients for the sauce apart from the corn flour. When the ingredients boil up add the corn flour, stir, lower the fire, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the cooking vessel from the fire, strain the content and put it aside. Warm a fry pan up in strong fire, pour the half amount of sunflower oil and brown the chicken. When it is ready remove the chicken in another cooking vessel and continue with the browning of the vegetables. Pour the rest of the sunflower oil in the fry pan and add the garlic and the ginger. Then, add the carrot, the onion and the peppers. Cook churning the food until the vegetables get an appropriate color and seen to be mellowed. Add the chicken in the chow mein sauce. At the end add the noodles and stir.
