
1 packet of penne pasta Melissa
1 Vegetable cube
1 Table spoon olive oil
½ Dry onion finely chopped
1 Tin Melissa finely chopped tomatoes
1 Pinch of sugar
½ Cup black olives cut into round slices
½ Fetta cheese
Finely chopped mint
Salt and finely ground pepper
Heat olive oil in a deep pan and saute the finely chopped onions until soft. Add Melissa finely chopped tomatoes. Add a pinch of sugar, pepper and salt and stir the tomato sause and leave to simmer and thichen until coocked. In another pan of boiling water add vegetable cube and cook the Melissa penne as per instructions shown on the packet. The penne pasta Melissa should be cooked ''Al Dente''. Strain penne pasta Melissa. Add to the tomato sause, the finely chopped mint and olives and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add the penne pasta to your tomato sause and stir well. Serve your dish with fetta cheese on top.
